Hybrid-Remote Flexibility Job Details Represent clients in workers'
compensation claims Handle all aspects of WC litigation including
hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations Collaborate with
internal teams on related employment, disability, and criminal
defense issues Provide counsel on risk exposure, claim strategy,
and regulatory compliance Maintain detailed case files, meet all
statutory deadlines, and appear before WCAB Looking For: J.D. and
licensed to practice in California Minimum 2 years of workers’
compensation experience Proven ability to manage WC case lifecycle
from intake to resolution Familiarity with California WCAB
