Requirements: Required Skills: Ankle fusion, Bunionectomy, Hallux
vagus arthroplasty/arthrodesis, Metatarsal surgery, Fire Safety,
Washer/sterilizer, Aseptic Technique, Instrument Processing,
Isolation Precautions, Sharps Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling,
Sterilization/Disinfection, Universal Protocol (Time out)
Procedure, High level disinfectant (HLD), Assembly/Wrap, Knowledge
of decontamination and sterilization process and indicators,
Sets/trays assembly, Single instruments, Equipment Documentation,
Crutch Fitting/Education, Fiberglass/Synthetic Cast Application,
Split/Immobilizer Application, Removal of casts/splints, Suture
Removal, Wound Care/Dressing changes Job Details: Pay: $1514/week -
$1744/week Assignment Length: 13-week assignment Shift: 5, 8-Hour
