Job Description
As Investor Relations, you will have an assigned book of CREI clients. You will have ultimate ownership for your client's satisfaction, pulling together the internal teams and resources required to successfully service your assigned book of CREI clients. Salary is commensurate with experience; full benefits package offered. The position is based in Malibu, California.
Role Responsibilities Will Include: -- Lead in-person meetings with your client base to build relationships and establish an on-going communication cadence.-- Ensure client's ongoing satisfaction with Christina.-- Maintain client profiles, and service level documents for your assigned book of CREI clients.-- Complete periodic relationship reviews for your clients.-- Ensuring client compliance with all company policies and procedures.-- Request and review client feedback regarding Christina's performance and service, address and resolve client complaints and concerns, and cater to their requests in a timely manner.-- Create existing client expansion roadmaps and pair with sales team to leverage existing and potential client data.-- Maintain records and documentation of client interactions.-- Create monthly and quarterly reports to measure KPI progress.-- Provide educated feedback related to potential new clients, related costs; and provide regular progress reports.-- Make recommendations for expanding relationships with existing clients and building referrals for the sales team. Qualifications -- Bachelor's degree-- Seeking a candidate with a minimum of ten years of experience with a real estate investment firm, asset management firm, REIT, or other financial markets organizations servicing clients.-- Strong client servicing experience.-- Strong commercial, retail, and mixed-use real estate knowledge and experience, particularly in the Westside region of Los Angeles.-- Ability to learn and discuss CREI offerings with existing and new clients.-- Strong presentation skills, and comfort communicating detailed information to senior level executives.-- Effective problem-solving skills, including critical thinking, adaptability, and creativity.-- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.-- Strong work ethics, desire to work with a team, and a commitment to learn about CREI offerings and the Christina strategy and structure.-- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of clients.-- Superior organizational and time management skills.-- Knowledge and experience with HubSpot's CRM platform-- Knowledge and experience with Juniper Square's real estate investment management and CRM platform-- Ability to interpret, analyze and present data.-- Ability to meet deadlines.
