We are currently seeking a trained Somatic Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, ACSW, APCC, AMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Malibu, CA location.Requirements:Doctoral or Masters degree in psychology, social work or a related counseling fieldSecond half of their second year somatic training in progress or completion of TRIM certificationA minimum of 1 year of experience with somatic experiencing patients.Solid computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated history of professional growth and developmentSelf-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clientsBeneficial Skills & Experience:Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are requiredExpertise and experience in treating adolescents and/or families would be viewed positivelySalaryFull time: $75,000- $85,000 for fully licensed clinicians.Part time: $60.00/hour for associate level clinicians. $75.00- $85.00/hour for fully licensed clinicians.Advantages:Strong rates to maximize your income: W-2 compensationHealth/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insurances Malpractice insurance providedPaid time offAdditional advantages include longevity bonuses, student loan paydown plan, EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUsAbout Serenity Trauma Healing CenterSerenity Trauma Healing Center is an award-winning mental health treatment center located in picturesque Malibu, CA overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
