We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) for a full-time position in our Malibu, CA location.

Experience & Qualifications

Must have clean and unrestricted California license

Masters Level, fully licensed Therapist (PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMFT and/or LPCC)

EMDR or Brainspotting certifications viewed positively.

Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required

Solid computer and basic technology skills

Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Expectations

Lead weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
Release notes
Provide individual psychotherapy
Provide supervision for associate-level clinicians and interns

Compensation:

W-2 compensation model
Full time employees have the ability to earn $110,000- $120,000/year for fully licensed clinicians
