Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Lead - Coordination
of Benefits (COB).
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory and ensure financial accuracy of the Coordination
of Benefits program
Lead payer priority determination and complex claims resolution
processes
Train and develop staff while collaborating with vendors and
internal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or
related field, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience with Coordination of Benefits (COB) and
claims management
Experience with health plan operations, claims payment, and vendor
management
Familiarity with document management software and claims
adjudication systems
Strong analytical skills for inventory management and process
validation
