Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jumbo Forensic Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Forensic Underwriting Team
Serve as the first level escalation point for inquiries and
additional file reviews
Monitor team performance metrics and suggest process improvements
for efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in a Team Lead or senior role
Extensive knowledge of regulatory rules and regulations
Thorough understanding of Agency, Non-Agency, Bond, and Non-QM
guidelines
Experience working in Encompass is a plus
