Job Description:
A company is looking for a PMO Lead to enhance project
management practices and align with long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine delivery methodologies and best practices for
customer onboarding
Manage Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools and provide
insights into project performance
Foster cross-functional collaboration and implement AI tools to
streamline operations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology program/project management,
particularly in Professional Services or PMO
Strong analytical skills with financial acumen in budgeting and
cost tracking
Expertise in PSA tools and experience in SDLC methodologies
Proactive attitude with a passion for innovation in PMO
processes
PMP / PRINCE II certification and Scrum knowledge are a plus
