Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert for Technical
Hiring, Business, and STEM Interview Preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate content on integrating AI into STEM curricula
and provide real-world examples
Develop and refine interview strategies for STEM/AI technical
roles, including common interview formats
Enhance content on business interview strategies and advise on
professional introductions and storytelling
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant STEM discipline,
Business, or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical hiring, business
consulting, or AI-related fields
Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in business and
STEM settings
Strong knowledge of technical interview formats and best practices
in STEM/AI roles
In-depth understanding of business interview strategies and
employer evaluation criteria
