A company is looking for a Scheduling Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic outreach to patients for appointment
scheduling
Educate patients on services and assist with care coordination
Document outreach efforts and identify trends to improve patient
visits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 years of healthcare experience
1 year of telephonic customer service experience
Experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting
preferred
Understanding of call center performance operations
