Job Description:
A company is looking for a Researcher to drive customer-centric
research initiatives and support product development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth user research activities, including usability
testing, interviews, and surveys
Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps to inform
product development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research
findings into the product development process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mixed methods research experience
Proficient in various research methods, including qualitative and
quantitative techniques
Ability to independently identify research opportunities and drive
projects with minimal guidance
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile
methodologies
Experience in mentoring junior researchers and fostering a culture
of user empathy
