Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer & LMS
Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and revise engaging eLearning courses using
various tools
Manage and update courses within the Learning Management System
(LMS)
Assist with learning data collection and perform quality assurance
reviews
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in instructional design and LMS
administration
Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe
Captivate
Experience managing content and users in a major LMS
Strong understanding of SCORM and eLearning publishing
standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
