Job Description:

A company is looking for a QA Testing Lead/SME with expertise in QNXT testing and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP).
Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA testing efforts for QNXT platform implementations and enhancements within D-SNP CA health plans
Manage manual testing activities, including test planning, test case development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QNXT, particularly in the context of California Medicaid and Medicare health plans

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a QA Testing Lead in healthcare-related projects
At least 3 years of hands-on QNXT experience within a health plan setting, preferably in California
In-depth knowledge of California medical health plans, including regulatory and business requirements for D-SNP programs
Strong background in manual testing methodologies; ability to design and execute complex test scenarios
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
