Job Description:
A company is looking for a Computational Scientist: Human
Genetics.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with scientists to analyze large datasets of genetic,
genomic, and clinical data
Develop analytical approaches to integrate and interpret data for
insights into disease biology
Document processes, findings, and code, and present findings to the
department and collaborators
Required Qualifications
PhD or Master's with significant experience in Statistical
Genetics, Computational Biology, or related field
Extensive experience in large-scale genetic/genomic data
analysis
Fluency in R, Python, and shell scripting
Experience with Git and high-performance computing
Curiosity and desire to learn about human genetics and
bioinformatics
