Required Qualifications

work experience
5+ years of experience in organizational development, people
analytics, or related fields
Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with expertise in
analytics tools
Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and operational
workflow management
Expertise in using data visualization tools to translate complex
data into actionable insights
