Coordinate with examinees and network providers to schedule
employment-related examinations
Utilize supporting software to process examinations, including
scheduling and tracking progress
Provide professional customer service and handle routine customer
inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Able to work a flexible schedule
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software
Dependability and a high level of organization
