Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Property Claims Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve claims promptly and fairly, managing
indemnity and loss expenses
Evaluate claims files for accurate reserving and maintain workload
in accordance with performance standards
Build relationships with internal and external partners to enhance
customer experience and coordinate claims processing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
4 or more years of experience in claim processing, ideally in
Property Claims
One professional designation or equivalent coursework preferred
(e.g., AIC, CPCU, SCLA)
Proficient in technology platforms utilized in claims
processing
Ability to make timely, definitive, and fact-driven decisions
