PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Print Production Associate in Carlsbad, Ca. This is a great opportunity with a reputable company. Position: Print Production Pay Rate: $23/hr Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm Location: Carlsbad, Ca Print Production Job Responsibilities: ? Handle all in-house print production: flyers, 11x17s, fabric headers, labels, and more ? Prepare and adjust files in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop ? Perform accurate color correction and ensure consistent print quality ? Maintain the printer: routine cleanings, maintenance, troubleshooting ? Track and order all paper, toner, and print supplies proactively ? Serve as point of contact for print vendor support when issues arise ? Assist other teams when print workload is light: ? Marketing/Sales: Prep samples, signage, organize materials ? Warehouse: Light packing and inventory support ? Helping with pulling and packing orders when needed Print Production Skills: ? Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) ? Solid understanding of print production and color correction ? Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated ? Technically confident with printers and able to troubleshoot issues ? Comfortable working across departments and managing shifting priorities
