Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Application Support
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Progress and resolve support cases while liaising with colleagues
and R&D
Investigate and document application defects, and identify service
improvement opportunities
Train and mentor less experienced team members while managing
customer escalations
Required Qualifications
Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT
infrastructure
Exceptional customer-facing skills and experience in a customer
service environment
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
Experience working in a dual working environment
Fluency in English; Dutch language knowledge is a plus
