Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Support Analyst 1.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Mortgage personnel for operational issues and
inquiries
Analyze, develop, recommend, and communicate policies and
procedures affecting the Mortgage business line
Interface with internal departments and vendors to ensure
operational soundness and system compatibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Typically two or more years of mortgage or related experience
Basic knowledge of operational policies, procedures, products, and
services
Experience in managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines
simultaneously
Proficient computer navigation skills using various software
packages
