Customer Enrollment Specialist Key Functions: Engage with Ontario customers to represent Frontier and promote current offerings. Generate leads and identify potential customers through proactive outreach. Guide potential clients through the decision-making process to convert interest into sales. Professionally and confidently overcome objections while upholding high customer care standards. Maintain awareness of your assigned territory to ensure organization and efficiency in the sales process. Collaborate with management and other Customer Enrollment Specialists to customize packages and facilitate smooth client onboarding. Attend training sessions and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
