Details Responsibilities: Lead the field assurance activities for
neurovascular devices, including the identification and evaluation
of potential product issues in the field. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, root cause
analyses, and develop corrective and preventive actions for
identified product issues. Review and analyze product performance
data, customer feedback, and post-market surveillance data to
identify trends and potential product risks. Ensure compliance with
all applicable regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO, and
MDR requirements. Develop and implement strategies to improve
product quality and reliability. Collaborate with the R&D,
Quality, and Manufacturing teams to implement product improvements
and ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Provide technical guidance and training to other team members and
stakeholders. Participate in audits and inspections as a subject
matter expert in neurovascular devices. Prepare and present reports
on product performance and field assurance activities to senior
management and regulatory authorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. A
Master's degree or higher is preferred. Minimum of 5 years'
experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on
cardiovascular and neurology devices. Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO,
and MDR regulations and standards related to medical devices.
Proven experience in risk management, root cause analysis, and
corrective and preventive actions. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the
ability to effectively present complex information to various
audiences. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data
interpretation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
high-pressure environment. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification is a plus. This role
