Job Description:
About the Role: Beat the sunrise, keep the sunset As a
Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to
individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a
person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily
life, make choices, and gain independence. Location: Chula Vista
Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 Schedule: Thurs-
Sat 7a-3p A morning shift with daily pay and financial ease through
Dayforce Wallet! Who you are: Compassionate individual who
genuinely enjoys helping others. Adaptable and comfortable working
with diverse individuals in different situations. Team player with
strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsible,
reliable, and take pride in creating a positive environment. A
typical day will include: Provide hands-on, person-centered care in
a residential setting Assist with daily activities like personal
care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and
undressed, mobility, and personal organization. Encourage
independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.
Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment. What
you’ll need to be successful: High school diploma or GED Six (6)
months experience working with individuals with disabilities Valid
California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean
driving record. A passion for making a difference! We’d love it if
you: Are bilingual in English and Spanish Have experience using
