About Us FACT Professional, Inc. is a growing CPA firm serving
individuals and businesses throughout the San Fernando Valley. We
focus on providing exceptional client service while maintaining an
organized and collaborative work environment. Position Overview We
are seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to
join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our
clients and helps ensure a welcoming and professional office
experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, reliable,
and comfortable working in a busy professional office environment.
Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls and direct
inquiries appropriately Greet clients and visitors in a
professional and welcoming manner Schedule and confirm client
appointments Respond to general client inquiries via phone and
email Assist staff and management with administrative tasks and
special projects Prepare and mail packages and correspondence Scan,
file, and organize documents Maintain office supplies, break room,
and common areas Assist with coordinating occasional office lunches
or team events Maintain confidentiality of all clients and firm
information Additional support tasks may include: Assisting with
weekly client email communications using Mailchimp Supporting
client communication campaigns such as tax deadline reminders
Qualifications 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience in a
professional office environment Excellent customer service and
communication skills Professional phone etiquette Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable attendance and
punctuality Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Fluent
English required, bilingual is a plus Preferred but not required
Experience working in accounting, legal, financial, or medical
offices Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing
platforms Busy Season Environment Our office experiences increased
client communication during tax season (January through April and
August through October) . The ideal candidate is comfortable
managing multiple requests while maintaining professionalism and
organization in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday through
Friday Typical office hours: 8:00AM – 5:00 PM This is a full-time
in-office position . Compensation: $20 – $25 per hour, depending on
