have gone to trial and won and want to bring someone fantastic into
a winning team! This is an opportunity for a skilled attorney with
employment experience to manage single-plaintiff employment law
cases from start to finish. This firm values autonomy and this
attorney will be able to run their cases from start to finish,
including trial experience. If you are passionate about employment

could be a great fit for you. Responsibilities: • Oversee all
aspects of employment law cases, including single-plaintiff
matters, from initial filing to trial. • Conduct comprehensive
discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories. •
Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documentation. •
Represent clients at court appearances and hearings. • Collaborate
with a dedicated support team, including paralegals and case
managers, to ensure efficient case management. • Prepare clients
and witnesses for trial proceedings and depositions. • Provide
legal guidance and strategy to clients throughout the litigation
process. • Stay updated on employment law developments to deliver
informed legal counsel. • Manage deadlines and ensure compliance
with court requirements. • Contribute to a collaborative and
results-driven work environment. • Licensed attorney with a minimum
of 5 years of litigation experience, ideally all (or as much as
possible) in employment law. • Proven expertise in civil litigation
and employment law, particularly representing employees. • Strong
skills in drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs. • Adept in
conducting discovery and preparing witnesses for trial. • Excellent
knowledge of employment litigation processes and procedures. •
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while managing
multiple cases. • Strong organizational and time management
abilities. • Must be local to or able to commute to Los Angeles,
California.
